Nova Scotia: New Nursing Licence Applicants Must Have the Right to Work in Canada

From 1 December 2026, people applying for a nursing licence in Nova Scotia must be Canadian citizens or legally entitled to work in Canada. NSNMR says the rule applies to applications received on or after that date.
