How to Delete Your Data
Effective Date: 14 October 2026 · Nurse Pro Academy Inc.
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including your chats with us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. You don't need to give a reason.
How to Ask
Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
If you write "Delete my data" in a chat with us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, we stop messaging you there, but your data is not deleted. To have it deleted, please email us.
So we can find you, tell us where you talked to us and how: the email address or WhatsApp number you used, your Instagram username, or the name on your Facebook account.
We may ask one question to check the request really comes from you. We will never ask for a password or a code.
What We Delete
- your chats with us and our assistant on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, and our team's notes about your enquiry;
- your place on our email list, and your answers to the practice questions we emailed you;
- what you filled in on our Facebook or Instagram forms;
- your webinar sign-up on our Google form;
- copies of documents you emailed us for documentation guidance, and your email thread with us.
What We Keep
- If you have an account on our website, we switch it off so it can no longer be used. The website keeps its records, and anything you sent through the website's forms (webinar sign-ups included), stored away rather than deleted. We don't use them to contact you again.
- If you paid us, the payment and tax records the law requires us to keep, for as long as the law requires.
- If you also asked us to stop messaging you, only your number or chat ID with a "do not message" mark, so we never write to you again.
- Older backup copies of our systems, kept only so we can restore them after a fault, may still hold your details. We never use them to contact you.
How Long It Takes
We reply to tell you we have your request. We finish within 30 days and email you when it is done. Our nightly backup copies are deleted on their own within about a month after that.
Chats Kept by Meta
Your chat also stays in your own Messenger or Instagram inbox, which Meta controls. You can delete it there yourself. You never signed in to an app of ours with Facebook, so there is nothing to remove under "Apps and websites" in your Facebook settings: email us instead.
