These terms apply when you use our website nurseproacademy.ca and our other web pages, message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or contact us about our programs. By doing so you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. If you enrol, our Terms of Enrolment (Part B of the Privacy Policy) also apply to you.

1. Who We Are

Nurse Pro Academy Inc. is a corporation incorporated in Alberta and based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

2. What We Offer

• Online training for the NCLEX-RN, for the Canadian practical nurse exams (CPNRE and REx-PN) and for the Gulf MOH / DHA exams.
• Documentation guidance for nursing licences. Our team guides you and checks your documents with you. The application is yours: you submit it yourself, and the board or office concerned makes every decision on it.

We do not offer job placement. Any job, visa or licence application is your own to make.

3. Exam Results

We prepare you for the exam, but we cannot promise a result. We do not run any exam, licensing body, employer or government office, and their decisions are their own. You are responsible for meeting their requirements.

4. Enrolment

Your program, its length and its class times are confirmed to you when you enrol, and our Terms of Enrolment apply to it. Fees are not refundable. If you don't pass, you can attend the classes again within your access period at no extra cost.

5. Our Automated Assistant

Many of our replies on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram are written by our automated assistant. We work to keep its answers correct, but it can make mistakes. It gives general information, not advice for your own case. Before you make a decision or a payment, check the details with our team. You can ask for a person at any time.

To stop our messages, send STOP in the chat. Our assistant then stops writing to you there. On Messenger or Instagram, if you write to us again, it replies once to remind you that you can send START to get replies again. If you later comment on one of our posts, we may still send you one private reply to that comment.

6. Using Our Website and Chats

Please don't misuse our website or our chats: no spam, no abuse, no attempts to break or overload our systems, and no pretending to be someone else. We may stop replying to anyone who does.

7. Our Content

Our classes, recordings, books, question banks, videos and posts belong to Nurse Pro Academy Inc. or to those who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, share, sell or publish them.

8. Other Platforms

We use Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and other platforms. Your use of them is also covered by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Limits of Our Responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for the program concerned.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
